DOSING

Titrate to target dose to treat moderate to severe B.E.D. IN ADULTS1

Hypothetical patient portrayal. Individual results may vary.

Start with 30 mg per day, the recommended Vyvanse starting dose1

Titrate in increments of 20 mg at approximately weekly intervals from the recommended starting dose of 30 mg/day to achieve the recommended target dose of 50 to 70 mg/day (70 mg/day=max dose).1 Discontinue Vyvanse if binge eating does not improve.

Convenient, once-daily dosing1

Take once daily in the morning with or without food. Avoid afternoon doses because of the potential for insomnia.

Recommended dosing titration1

Check in with your patients regularly to see how Vyvanse is working for them and discontinue Vyvanse if binge eating does not improve.

Dose distribution during the 8-week dose-maintenance period of Study 343*2,3

*Patients were optimized to 50 or 70 mg during a 4-week, dose-optimization period. The doses remained fixed during the 8-week dose-maintenance period.1

Similar dose distributions were seen in the second, identically designed trial.2,3

DOSING SAFETY INFORMATION
